The Pomaced Land

Farmhouse Cider, made using traditional, minimal intervention methods.

The cider is made by us, Nicky and Nikos. We started fermenting fruit together for the craic years ago. Things escalated, grew arms and legs, and we’ve found ourselves with ‘The Pomaced Land’, our most developed cider so far. We made it using wild fermentation, low-intervention, and traditional methods. It’s been an amazing journey! Proudly made in Glasgow, Scotland.

We use time-honoured methods and wild fermentation to bring about The Pomaced Land.

We select every apple with care and the result is a traditional cider that is rustic, bonnie and braw.

Apples: Yarlington Mill, Kingston Black, Norman Bulmers, Michelin and Katy’s.

The Pomaced Land is available from the Ben Nevis on Argyle Street, Ryan’s Bar in Govanhill and all good bars.
